Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 February, 2001- Global Crossing Ltd. (NYSE: GX, BSX: GBLX.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mark Attanasio, Group Managing Director of Trust Company of the West was appointed to the Company's Board of Directors 7th February, 2001.
The Company also noted the resignation of James F. McDondald as a Director of GX, effective 8th February 2001.
