Hamilton, Bermuda: 12April, 2001- KeyTech Limited (the "Company") has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that as of the year ending 31 March 2001 the Company had repurchased 77,138 BTC 7 ¾ Notes, with a par value of $1,157,070.00.
The Company also announced that during the same period it had repurchased 1,209 of its own shares at an average price of $32.50.
