Hamilton, Bermuda: 17 April, 2001- The Directors of ImuMed International Ltd. have today announced that ImuMed Deutschland GmbH (Antitoxin), together with its subsidiaries, Antitoxin Dr. Helmbold GmbH, Institut fur Immuntherapie Antitoxin Verwaltungs GmbH and Institut fur Immuntherapie Antitoxin GmbH & Co. KG have filed for bankruptcy protection in Germany.
Mr. Michael Reford has been appointed by the Board as an Interim Chairman and will be responsible for the filings on behalf of ImuMed International Ltd.
