BF&M Limited Announces Board Appointment
Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 July 2012 – The Board of Directors of BF&M Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ann B. Teixeira as a Director of BF&M Limited.
Ms. Teixeira is the owner of Ann Teixeira Consulting, which specializes in providing advisory services to life insurance companies. Her distinguished career has included key positions with Sun Life Financial U.S., The New England (previously New England Mutual Life Insurance Company) and Harvard University.
Ms. Teixeira spent five years as a member of the American Council of Life Insurers Anti-Money Laundering and Critical Infrastructure Committee, including chairing the committee during 2010 and 2011. She is a Fellow of the LIMRA Leadership Institute in the United States.
