Hamilton, Bermuda: 16 May, 2001- Mexico Private Equity Fund today notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Board has appointed Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as the Fund's new Administrator and Custodian, effective 1 April, 2001. The Fund's new Registered Office is:
