Previously, Mr. Menatti headed up the Global Telexchange (GTX), a value-added service provider for telecommunications carriers, as chairman, president and chief executive officer. Mr. Menatti has been actively involved in the international communications industry for more than 19 years where he has held senior level positions within related organizations throughout Europe and the United States. He has successfully launched three start-up technology companies, and has just been elected to his second term on the board of directors for the European Competitive Telecom Association (ECTA).

Mr. Menatti was the president of European development for CompleTel based in Paris, France where he was responsible for market development, new market finance planning, licensing, product development and country implementation. Prior to joining CompleTel, Mr. Menatti was head of European development at Level 3 Communications. Mr. Menatti secured the CLEC operating license for wireless and wireline capabilities as Vice President International, Advance Radio Telecom Corporation (ART). Mr. Menatti has also held the position of Vice President, BellSouth Europe, Brussels where he was responsible for business development activities with emphasis on identification, evaluation, execution of joint ventures, strategic partnerships and consortium development for wireless and alternative carrier investment opportunities in Europe.
