Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 July, 2001- Bermuda Press Holdings Limited has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Eldon Trimmingham resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 30th May 2001. The statement went on to note that Mrs. Muriel Richardson was appointed a Director of the Company on 27th June 2001.
