Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 December, 2001€” Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at the Annual General Meeting, held 12th December, Shareholders voted to extend the expiry date of the Warrants to 30th May 2003.
The Shareholders also approved an extension of 200,000 Options issued to FCIB to 31 December 2003.
The Warrantholders also approved the extension of the expiry date of the Warrants.
