The All Points Corporate Money Fund Limited (the "Fund") is an open-ended vehicle and is incorporated in Bermuda as an exempted company with limited liability. The Fund aims to provide investors with a high level of current income, consistent with the preservation of capital and liquidity.
The Investment Manager for the Fund is Bermuda International Investment Management Limited ("BIIML"), a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Bermuda Limited.
The listing of the additional Classes of the All Points Corporate Money Funds Limited is sponsored by Bermuda International Securities Limited ("BISL"), also a wholly owned subsidiary of The Bank of Bermuda Limited.
