BSX Approves the Listing of the USD Class of Shares of FMG Diversified Global Hedge Fund Ltd.

Hamilton, Bermuda, 29 July 2002- The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 10,900,000 USD Non-Voting Redeemable Preference Shares of the FMG Diversified Global Hedge Fund.

The Fund was incorporated in Bermuda on 21 June 2002 an open-ended mutual fund company. The Fund is listing its USD Non-Voting Redeemable Preference Shares.

The Fund seeks capital appreciation and to outperform the return of the Morgan Stanley Capital International World Index (World Index) by investing the assets in various open or closed-ended funds with above average performance records or in individual accounts with successful fund managers. The Fund will initially invest in the underlying investments through FMG Global Hedge Fund Ltd until it reaches $5m in net assets when it will invest in the funds directly.

Argonaut Financial Services Limited has sponsored the listing of the FMG Diversified Global Hedge Fund Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Regular Marketing.
