Hamilton, Bermuda: 11 February 2002€”The China Heartland Fund today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Company's Fifth Annual General Meeting held on 8th February, 2002 was €˜adjourned due to lack of a quorum' and consequently the Adjourned Meeting will be held on the 8th March, 2002.
