VenTerra Re Ltd.. is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated on 8 November, 2013 under the laws of Bermuda 2013 and registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in accordance with the Insurance Act, 1978.

The Notes will be exposed to U.S. Earthquakes affecting the U.S. Covered Area, Australian Earthquakes affecting the Australian Covered Area and Australian Cyclones affecting the Australian Covered Area on a per occurrence basis during the Risk Period.
