The Series 2014-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due January, 2019
(the “Notes”) which are exposed to Covered Events consisting of Named
Storms, Earthquakes and Europe Windstorms affecting the applicable Covered Area
during the Risk Period on a per occurrence basis and utilizing an index-based trigger, as more fully described in the Supplement.
