ABM International (Holdings) Limited (the "Issuer") is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales on 24 September 2014 under the Companies Act 2006 with registration number 9234078. The Issuer intends to issue a total principal amount of £67,085,197 loan notes.

The Issuer has recently made multiple 3rd party acquisitions of shares which were initially funded by its’ parent, ABM UK Investments 2 LP, by cash contributions in return for stock and the issuance of several promissory notes. The Notes replaced the promissory notes, and had the effect of reorganising and simplifying the current financing structure within the group.
