Its registered office is at Power House 7 Par La Ville Road Hamilton HM11, Bermuda. The Issuer was registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda under the Insurance Act 1978, as amended (“Insurance Act”), on 10 July, 2017, and as a segregated accounts company under the Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000, as amended (“SAC Act”) on 21 July 2017.
