Hashdex Nasdaq Ethereum ETF (the “Company”) is a Cayman Islands exempted company incorporated on June 8, 2021, Registered No. 1882241with limited liability.  The Company has no subsidiaries. Investment Objective - The Company will engage in aninvestment strategy designed to minimize the tracking difference on a 12-month window of the performance of the Nasdaq Ethereum Reference Price (the “Index”). The Investment Manager intends to pursue the Company’s investment objectives primarily by investing directly in Ether.
