April 5, 2023 with registration number 202302390. All of its issued and outstanding share capital is and will be held in trust for charitable or similar purposes by Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited, as share trustee (the “Share Trustee”). The Issuer’s business will consist solely of the issuance of one or more Series of Notes under the Program, each of which will contain one or more Classes of Notes, and the entry into and performance of the Reinsurance Agreements, the Reinsurance Trust Agreements, and related agreements and activities, as applicable.
