MAPS is a special purpose Delaware statutory trust formed on February 21, 2020. The trustee of MAPS under the MAPS Trust Agreement is Wilmington Trust Company. 100% of the beneficial interest in MAPS is held by a trustee (the “Master Charitable Trustee”) of a Delaware orphan trust (the “Master Charitable Trust”).
