Hamilton, Bermuda: 21 February 2002€”Devonshire Industries Limited has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the pending retirement of their General Manager, John Carey.
In a statement released today, the company stated that Mr. Carey had reached the firm's normal retirement age in August 2000, however, it went on to note that he would be staying on until the end of the financial year ending March 31st 2002 and through to the completion of this year's audit. During which time he will also assist with the management changeover.
The statement also noted that Mr. Richard A. Moulder would be joining the company 1 March 2002 as General Manager Designate and will assume the position of General Manager 1 April 2002.
