Hamilton, Bermuda: 25 July, 2002 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) today confirmed to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that a further 534,821 of its restricted shares became free trading shares effective July 19th 2002. These shares represent 25% of the outstanding Non-Founder shares released 12 Months after LOM's listing on the BSX on July 20th 2001 and in accordance with the schedule noted in LOM's Information Memorandum.
