Argus Advises BSX of Shareholdings
Hamilton, Bermuda, 12 January 2021 – – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Argus Group Holdings Limited (“Argus”; Ticker: AGH.BH) has advised the BSX that a shareholder, Equilibria Capital Management Limited, has acquired a beneficial interest of fifteen-point three six percent (15.36%) of the Company’s securities.
