BAS Group Appoints New Chief Operating & Financial Officer

Hamilton, Bermuda – 1^st March 2021 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (the “Group” or “BAS”; Ticker: BAS.BH) today announces the appointment of the new Chief Operating & Financial Officer. The full filing stated:

Bermuda Aviation Services Limited (“BAS”) today announces the appointment of Ms. Navdeep (Navi) Dhesi as Chief Operating & Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2021.

Ms. Dhesi has been serving as VP Finance of the BAS Group since April 2018 where she is currently responsible for the group financial and treasury functions. 

Ms. Dhesi is a qualified CPA, CMA with over 15 years of financial and operational leadership experience.  Her areas of expertise include financial and strategic planning, P&L management, operational strategy and process improvements.   She also successfully attained the Project Management (PMP) designation in 2012.

Navi Dhesi, says: “I am delighted to have been appointed as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer of the BAS Group of Companies. The BAS Group has a strong history and I look forward to working with the team to execute the Group’s strategies, focus on growth and enhance shareholder value.”
