Delisting of SRT Marine Systems PLC, - Secured Loan Notes – Supplement #4 – 10% Due 7th, October 2021

Hamilton, Bermuda – 13th, October 2021 – SRT Marine Systems PLC (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Notes – Supplement #4 – 10% Due 7th, October 2021 (the Notes).

Hamilton, Bermuda – 7th October 2021 – SRT Marine Systems PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 7th October 2021 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed £1,000,000 – Supplement 4 Issue #5 – 10% Secured Loan Notes Due 7th October 2021 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 13th, October 2021.
