Tyco International to Report Third Quarter Results on 23 July 2002

Pembroke, Bermuda, July 15, 2002 - Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC) will be reporting its third quarter results before the market opens on Tuesday, July 23, 2002. The Company will hold a conference call for investors at 8:30 am EDT. The call can be accessed in three ways:
