Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd. announced today that it had purchased Mid Atlantic Aviation Ltd. Mid Atlantic, a local fixed base operator at the Bermuda Airport, have been handling private jets and providing passenger services to various airline charters for seven years. Nevelle Conyers, Chairman of BAS stated that senior management had been negotiating to take over the small but successful company for some time and could bring some efficiencies and economies to Mid Atlantic's clients, particularly with our new executive jet facility.
BAS provides ground handling, in flight catering and terminal services at the Bermuda Airport.
