Hamilton, Bermuda, September 24, 1999 - The Bank of Bermuda today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Board of Directors has adopted a revised dividend payment schedule.
It is the Bank's intention to pay dividends two months after the close of each quarter. The next dividend payment, subject to compliance with applicable laws and any other unforeseen changes in the Bank's financial position, will be on 30th November, 1999. The remaining dividends in respect to this financial year will be paid on 29 February, 2000, 31 may, 2000 and 31 August, 2000.
