Hamilton, Bermuda: 4 December 2000 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised by the Bank of Butterfield that during October and November the Bank or its subsidiaries acquired a further 175,015 of its own shares under the share repurchase programme announced January 5, 2000.
