Hamilton, Bermuda: 5 July, 2000 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) was today advised by the Bank of Butterfield that in June 2000 the Bank or its subsidiaries acquired 197,413 of its own shares under the share repurchase programme announced January 5, 2000.
