Hamilton, Bermuda: 1 August 2000 - Bermuda Computer Services Limited (BCS.BH) has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that no dividend would be paid for the quarter ended 30 June 2000.
The Company went on to advise the Exchange that until its subsidiary, Transact-e-Biz.com is profitable or a decision is made to refinance its development costs, the Director's have decided it is prudent for the Company to conserve its resources and to forgo dividends.
