Hamilton, Bermuda, 30 October 2000 - KeyTech Limited has today informed the BSX that Bermuda Life Insurance Company Ltd., a subsidiary of Argus Insurance Company Limited, now holds 5.68% (111,120 shares) of KeyTech's outstanding shares. According to KeyTech, Bermuda Life Insurance Company Limited has been a shareholder of KeyTech (and formerly the Bermuda Telephone Co. Ltd.) for a number of years, and recent purchases have just carried it over the 5% level.
