The Schroder International Selection Fund (SISF) is a Luxembourg registered UCITS recognized in the UK under section 86 of the Financial Services Act. The Fund has listed class A shares of the following sub-funds: Emerging Markets, European Equity GDP Weighted, Global Equity, Japanese Equity, Pacific Equity, Portfolio, Global Bond, US Equity, UK Equity, European Smaller Companies, Japanese Smaller Companies, US Smaller Companies, European Bond. The sub-funds are managed by Schroder Investment Management Limited and invested according to their own specific objective category. Currently the SISF sub-funds are also listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The Schroder Offshore US Dollar Bond Fund is an open-ended unit trust established under the laws of Bermuda. This Fund, managed by Schroder (Bermuda) Limited and advised by Schroder Investment Management Limited, seeks to achieve a high total return by investing in an actively managed portfolio of U.S. dollar denominated high quality, fixed income securities using a low- risk diversified approach.

The listing of these Funds was sponsored by MRM Securities Ltd., a subsidiary of MRM Financial Services Ltd. in Hamilton, Bermuda. The shares of the funds are available for secondary market trading with effect from this release.
