Voyager originally joined the BSX as a Listing Sponsor in October 1997. Since that time the company has been actively involved in sponsoring a number of mutual fund and debt issue listings and as well as co-sponsoring two Mezzanine Market listings.
In becoming a trading member of the Exchange, Voyager Financial Services Ltd. intends to take a more active role in the trading aspect of the Exchange with a view to supporting the listing and trading of additional Mezzanine Market companies.
On making the announcement, Greg Wojciechowski, Chief Operating Officer of the Bermuda Stock Exchange, stated, "We are very pleased that Voyager Financial Services Ltd has chosen to become a full member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. We are delighted that the Company continues to grow and are in a position to offer it's client base further professional services including full sponsorship capabilities on the BSX." Mr. Wojciechowski went on to explain that "Additionally, Voyager provides invaluable advisory services to investment managers and fund sponsors in connection with the structuring, documenting, marketing and distribution of collective investment products, international debt issues and international equity issues."
