Hamilton, Bermuda, 10 September 2001 - The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 1,097,450 Common Shares of Metyor Inc.
The Company was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 28 January 2000 as Talisman Technologies Inc. It changed its name to Metyor, Inc. on 13 August 2001.
Metyor is involved in the global acquisition and commercialization of intellectual property. This intellectual property is commercialized through licensing, marketing channels and managed business services and solutions for clients. Metyor provides both the identified solution (often business software) and the managed service to see the solution through to implementation and successful operation.
The Metyor Group includes 4 subsidiaries: Metyor International Limited, Metyor (US), Inc., Metyor Australia Limited and DataStorm Australia Pty Limited. The main operations of Metyor and its subsidiaries are currently located in Sydney, Australia.
The listing of the Common Shares of Metyor Inc. is sponsored by First Bermuda Financial Services Ltd.
The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange and is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
