The Fund was incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands on 3 May 2001.
The investment objective of Asian Absolute Return Fund is to achieve medium to long-term capital appreciation through investing in a diversified portfolio of securities and derivatives, principally in the Asian Pacific markets.
The listing of the Participating Non-Voting Redeemable Shares of Asian Absolute Return Fund is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
