Bagheera Investment Fund Ltd. was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands on 14 January, 1998, as open-ended investment company with limited liability. The principal objective of the Company is to achieve substantial capital appreciation of it assets, consistent with risk control and diversification of investment, through the speculative trading of equities, financial futures contracts, options on financial futures contacts, fixed income instruments, inter-bank spot forward contracts, and OTC-option contracts on currencies. The Company may also take positions from time to time in commodities, commodity futures, stock market index futures and other financial futures where the Manager believes there are attractive opportunities in doing so or for hedging purposes.
The Fund is managed by Goldengun Managers Ltd. (British Virgin Islands). The Chief Executive Officer, Founder and sole Director of the Manager is Charles-Henri Sabet. Mr Sabet has over twelve years experience in the foreign exchange markets.
The listing of Bagheera Investment Fund Ltd. is sponsored by First Bermuda Financial Services, of Hamilton, Bermuda. The securities are being listed under the restricted marketing provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes, meaning that shares of the Fund may only be distributed to Qualified Investors and may not be traded on the Exchange in lots with an initial value of less than U.S. $100,000.
