BSX Approves Listing of the Canadian Advantage Limited Partnership Class A and B units.

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 30, 1998 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of the Canadian Advantage Limited Partnership Class A and B Units.

The Fund is incorporated in the Province of Ontario. At the time of listing the fund had issued 814,147 Class A units. There were no Class B units issued.

Canadian Advantage Limited Partnership was formed to carry on the business of investing in securities of public companies, primarily in the United States.

The investment strategy of the Partnership will be to invest primarily in restricted securities of public companies based in the United States that are "reporting issuers" under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended and which distribute securities in private transactions pursuant to registration exemptions provided for thereunder.

The listing of the Canadian Advantage Limited Partnership Class A and B units is sponsored by Voyager Financial Services.
