Both Companies were established in the BVI as Professional Funds, with Everest Capital International Ltd. incorporating on September 26, 1991 and Everest Capital Frontier Ltd. incorporating on December 30, 1994.
All the assets of each of Everest Capital International Ltd. and Everest Capital Frontier Ltd. are invested through a "master feeder" fund structure into Everest Capital Master Fund, L.P. and Everest Capital Frontier Fund, L.P. respectively.
The investment objective of Everest Capital International Ltd. is to achieve superior absolute returns by investing in global markets. The Fund invests in a variety of strategies including long/short equities; long/short distressed and high-yield debt; capital structure and risk arbitrage; and special situations.
The investment objective of Everest Capital Frontier Ltd. is to achieve superior absolute returns in emerging markets, employing similar strategies as those used in Everest Capital International Ltd.
The listing of the Class A Common Shares of Everest Capital International Ltd. and the Common Shares of Everest Capital Frontier Ltd. is sponsored by Harbour Financial Services Limited. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
