BSX Approves Listing of IRMA EnviroTec Holdings Ltd.

Hamilton, Bermuda, 15 August 2001 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of 108,232,810 Ordinary Shares of IRMA EnviroTech Holdings Ltd.

The Company was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on 25 January 2001 as a Bermuda exempted company.

IRMA was established as a technology-based company for the marketing of environmentally related technologies and expertise on a worldwide basis. Initially the Company will concentrate on processes for the reduction of bioorganic and inorganic materials and the production of crop-specific balanced bioorganic fertilizers.

The listing of the Ordinary Shares of IRMA EnviroTec Holdings Ltd. is sponsored by First Bermuda Financial Services Ltd.

The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange and is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
