The Company was incorporated as a closed end investment fund in the British Virgin Islands on June 10,1999 under the International Business Companies Act.
The investment objective of the Fund is medium term capital appreciation, mainly through direct and portfolio investment in equity securities and equity-related securities of companies which are either established in Korea or whose business activities involve significant interests in Korea, including principally those that are listed on the Korean Stock Exchange or the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotation system.
