The Fund is an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of Bermuda.
The investment objective of the Fund is to obtain maximum total return consistent with preservation of capital. As a matter of fundamental policy, the Fund pursues its objectives by maintaining a portfolio of income producing securities. Under normal market conditions the Fund will invest a portion of its total assets in Emerging Market Securities. The Fund will invest in securities which, at the time of investment, have remaining maturities not exceeding eight years and the average maturity of the Fund's investment will not exceed three years.
The listing of Phoenix Capital Reserve Fund Ltd. Non-Voting, Participating, Redeemable Class A Shares is sponsored by Forum Securities Services Ltd. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
