BSX Approves Listing of Phoenix Global Fund Ltd.

Hamilton, Bermuda, September 13, 1999 - The Listing Committee of The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 4,000,000 non-voting, participating, redeemable Class A Shares of Phoenix Global Fund Ltd.

The Fund is an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of Bermuda.

The investment objective of the fund is to attain superior risk-adjusted dollar returns by investing opportunistically in, and actively managing, a portfolio of Emerging Market Securities denominated in local and foreign currencies as well as financial instruments linked to Emerging Markets and Emerging Market Securities. The Fund may also invest in foreign currencies and financial instruments linked to markets other than Emerging Markets, in futures, options, equity indices and other types of derivatives with respect to Emerging Market Securities and other securities. It may also participate in short sales and margin transactions.

The listing of Phoenix Global Fund Ltd. non-voting, participating, redeemable Class A Shares is sponsored by Forum Fund Services Ltd. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
