The Company was incorporated and registered in Bermuda on the 8th March, 2000. The Common Shares achieved a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange following the Company's recent Initial Public Offering on the 27th July, 2000. The BSX listing is a secondary listing and is effective from the 1st August, 2000.
