The company was incorporated and registered in Bermuda on 29 June, 1998. The Common Shares achieved primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange following the Company's recent Initial Public Offering on 8 December, 2000. The BSX listing is a secondary listing and is effective from 11 December, 2000.
