In order to accommodate revised investor demand a committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at a meeting held on 28th July, 1998, approved an amendment of;
(A) The number of "C" Shares of the Company to be offered from 700,000 "C" Shares to 3,000,000 "C" Shares; and
(B) The price at which the "C" Shares of the Company are to be offered from $100.00 per share to $10.00 per share.
