HAMILTON, Bermuda, July 15, 1999 - Conexys Corporation Limited (BSX: CXYS.BH) today announced the appointment of Henry W. (Bill) Hankinson as Vice President, Corporate Development. Mr. Hankinson will be responsible for the company's operations and financing of the company's deployment of its global FaxForward and CommonMessage„¢ services.
In announcing the appointment, President and founder of Conexys, Edward K. Furtak commented "Bill joins Conexys at the commercial launch of the company's messaging platform and will be instrumental in leading the company in this next stage of development".
Prior to joining Conexys, Mr. Hankinson held the position of Managing Director of operations in the former Soviet Union for Brown & Root, the engineering and construction arm of the NYSE Halliburton Co. Most recently, Mr. Hankinson was based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as the Chief Operations Officer for Makshaff Services Ltd., the asset management headquarters for a senior member of the Saudi Arabian Royal Family.

Mr. Hankinson has over fifteen years experience in developing operational strategies that support the commercial financing of multi-million dollar international investments in the United States, Latin America, Asia, the Former Soviet Union and the Middle-East. He has spent most of his career managing international businesses for large multi-national companies.
