Hamilton, Bermuda, March 15, 1999 - Crow Lane Bakery Ltd., a subsidiary of Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd., today announced that they have completed negotiations to purchase the MarketPlace Bakery Division. Crow Lane Bakery has purchased all assets of the bakery and will lease the Shelly Bay premises for a period of ten years and has an option to renew for a further five years.
