Hamilton, Bermuda: November 13, 2025 – Eclipse Re Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2023-9A Notes - SAC EC0059- due September 30, 2025 (the Notes).
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, November 13, 2025.
