Hamilton, Bermuda: November 5, 2025 – White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed ILS Note Program (the Program).
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today November 5, 2025.
