Hamilton, Bermuda: December 5, 2025 – Herbie Re Ltd (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2021-1 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due June 6, 2028.
The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, December 5, 2025.
