Hamilton, Bermuda: 8 March, 2001- The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of Earthport PLC's (ERPT.BH) Series A Ordinary Shares. The de-listing of the Series A Ordinary Shares was granted following a request from Earthport PLC, the conversion of its Series A Ordinary Shares into Ordinary Shares and the subsequent listing of its Ordinary Shares on AIM by the London Stock Exchange.
